BECOME YOUR VOICE – Emotional Singing Workshop

The voice is not born in the throat. It is born in emotion, in impulse, and in the need to be heard.
“Become your voice” is an invitation to meet your own voice – as it truly is. Without form, without correctness and without proving anything. This is a process for those who want to breathe with their voice, not just use it.
WHAT THIS WORKSHOP IS ABOUT
About emotions that seek sound, about tensions that want to dissolve and about a voice that can become a tool for change – of mood, of relationship, of presence.
We work with:
- emotion as the source of sound
- the voice as a carrier of meaning
- singing as a form of regulation and expression
This is not a singing course – it is a space for experience.
STRUCTURE OF THE PROCESS
MODULE I – EMOTIONALITY
We slow down, recognize the emotions that are active within us – those we can name and those that remain hidden. We learn to give them a voice, without judgment and without pressure.
MODULE II – COMMUNICATION OUTWARDS
Emotion meets the word, and the voice gains direction. We work with text, breath and articulation, seeking the truth of the message – not the effect.
MODULE III – COMMUNICATION INWARDS
The voice turns inward and becomes a tool for regulation, soothing and change of state.
We sing in order to hear ourselves.
MODULE IV – VOICE ENERGY AND IMPACT
Vibration, resonance and intention – we explore how sound moves the body and the space. The process closes with an intimate concert and shared reflection.
DAILY SCHEDULE

We work in a rhythm that allows for focus and regeneration.
LOCATION
The workshop will take place in an intimate, safe space conducive to working with voice, emotions and the body. The exact location will be shared with participants after registration closes.
FORM OF WORK
Individual and group work intertwine. Each process is personal – and at the same time shared. Observation, presence and attentive feedback are part of the experience.
PRICING
Each day is a separate, closed module.
1 module (1 day): 1,800 SEK
Full process (4 modules): 6,200 SEK
You may participate in selected days or in the complete process.

For those who sing and those who do not. For those who work with their voice –
and for those who simply want to reclaim it.
You do not need to know how to sing – it is enough to want to hear yourself.
